Starting treatment is challenging, but the process can lead to a fulfilling experience. I will provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach tailored to your needs. There are a wide variety of therapeutic models to target symptoms, and I am trained in providing both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, as needed. I also perform genetic testing to best determine the right medication for you.

I specialize in holistic medicine with over 10 years in treating issues related to depression, anxiety, relationships, family conflicts, gender identity and self esteem. Through building a relationship together, we will examine and understand the structure of your emotional mind to facilitate a rewarding future.

We often have little information and resources on how to navigate things like depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, or trauma, which is why I make it a priority to guide you to become your best self.  Whether this is your first-time seeking treatment or not, we can work together to help achieve your goals.

You will holistically be provided kind, thoughtful, and collaborative care that can include psychotherapy, and/or medication management. I have specialized education in the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, stress and burnout, relationship and career transitions, adjustment difficulties, and low self-esteem.

A lot of people are reflecting on work life balance and life transitions right now. I'm very interested in supporting clients as they navigate those paths. Sometimes it's helpful to have a space without distraction or judgment to explore and process the different aspects of life - past, present and future.

My approach is to come from a place of curiosity, asking questions and trying to get a sense of who my clients are and which direction they want to go while finding ways to challenge patterns of thinking or behaving.

The therapeutic journey is a path filled with self-discovery, resilience, grit, love, laughter and tears. This journey allows the individual to take back their autonomy in life by creating increased levels of flexibility and adaptability to live a more fulfilling, authentic life.  I am deeply honored to share and guide that journey with my clients. I work to foster an environment that radiates warmth, empathy, compassion, trust, and security within my therapeutic relationships.

Everyone is coming into the space with different backgrounds and no two experiences are processed the same, therefore I meet my clients where they are at, and take the time to listen empathetically, as they are the arbiters of their life.
